At the Human-Kind store, each item is made just for you. It's printed on demand once you place your order. That means less waste and more kindness, but also slightly longer delivery times than “off the shelf” stores.
🇪🇺 Mainland Europe
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days
- Total delivery time: 5–12 business days
🇧🇷 Brazil
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 10–20 business days (customs may add extra time)
- Total delivery time: 12–25 business days
🌍 Rest of World (Outside EU & Brazil)
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 7–20 business days (depending on location and customs)
- Total delivery time: 9–25 business days

- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs delays outside our control.
🌐 Customs and Import Fees
We partner with Printful, which fulfils orders from facilities worldwide. Whenever possible, your order is produced and shipped from the region closest to your delivery address to minimise customs delays and import costs.
However, in some cases, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the packaging reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We unfortunately cannot control or predict these fees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
