2. Products and Ordering

  • All our products are made to order using print-on-demand production.
  • By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items.
  • The contract becomes effective once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
  • Shipping costs are shown separately before completing your purchase.
  • Payments can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Each item is printed after the order is placed.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown on our Delivery Times page.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party shipping providers.
  • If an item cannot be delivered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and text on this site are the property of Human-Kind.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for slight negligence except for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
  • In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Consumers in the EU may also be protected by mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Currency Display and Conversion

Prices are displayed in local currency where available. For certain regions, including Denmark, Finland, and Sweden prices may appear in euros (€). Purchases made in a currency different from your local currency may be subject to conversion by your payment provider at their exchange rate. Any applicable fees are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.
