Refund policy
At Human-Kind, every piece is made to bring joy and colour into your everyday life. We want you to love your order, and if for any reason you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, you can rely on our return policy.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at humankind.store.eu@gmail.com.
- You must return the items in their original condition.
- You will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the items, we will refund you the purchase price, including our standard delivery cost to you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, including covering shipping.
🇧🇷 Brazil Customers – Right of Regret (7 Days)
In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your product (“direito de arrependimento”).
- To exercise this right, please contact us at humankind.store.eu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
- After this 7-day period, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
🌍 Rest of World (Outside EU & Brazil)
For customers outside the EU and Brazil:
- As our products are printed on demand, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or personalisation errors caused by customer input.
- To request a return for a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
